  2. d$ - in this shot, they are burning (fake) money. in celebration of the lunar new year, people were burning offerings to the deceased (i’m not sure of the specific reason for this), but we also saw people burning paper versions of cars, clothes, etc.

    Thanks for the sweet email (and text!) after li’l Maya was born. :) Thushan’s comment about her cry made me laugh (surprise, surprise…) and Matty thought I was actually doing the cry! Ha, ha…

    We love you guys and we’re thinking about you all the time (I already told Maya how cool her Aunt Leesh and Uncle Thush are).

  7. LOVE this group of pics…had to also wonder what that guys was burning!!! Love the one with the guy on the boke and the kid climbing over the wall!!! CUTE!!!
